Once orders are shipped they are then in the hands of the UK Royal Mail system. The vast majority of orders will be delivered to you within 1 or 2 days but in our experience 5% or orders will take slightly longer. Should your order not arrive within 7 days please call us on 01732 882057.
All products are packed and despatched by our experienced packing team. However, if anything arrives in a damaged condition please contact us immediately.
